Hope so, dunno but hope so, if he can be Mike Williams at about 8-9 yards but have the ability to burn corners.... championship, not kidding.

Please be true....6'5" with speed? He could be a wonderful security blanket for Wilson until Harvin returns besides he's Pete's prototypical WR.

No doubt, just for those last minute hail mary plays... Could he have been the difference in Atlanta. He looks a lot more, beast mode, then Julio Jones.

I don't know about that. Jones is pretty damn good.

For sure, but I would have liked to see that battle in the end zone.

From my memory, that's where he was before the game. Pretty sure he was already the #2 WR2 so I don't think that changed.

When is the first cut day? I thought after game 3? Anyway that's when we start seeing the true team, depth chart and otherwise.

Let's not go overboard but I definitely like what I am seeing. I think he makes the team and probably on the active squad not the PS. It will be a lock if he keeps this level of performance up.

That's such a beautiful baby and great avatar btw.

Sorry, but the .com depth chart means nothing, especially at this time of year.

What would be crazy would be if Williams did get the #2 spot and Tate ended up working the Harvin role, and did it well.

Interesting. Assuming they had schemed for Harvin, perhaps they are thinking of using Tate in that role. Line him up in the backfield , bubble passes etc. I doubt even if they let Williams start , Tate would get less touches.

One can rest assured that Pete and his Coaches will evaluate WR Mr. Williams very closely in the next two Pre-season games. Every play in which he is inserted will be repeatedly watched......the final cuts at WR will be tough ones!![

I was surprised to hear that Jon Clayton thought that the Hawks might keep only five WR's!

The .com depth chart has rarely lined up with what we have seen on the field the last few seasons.
