We have people here advocating for Drew Lock...yep it's gonna be a hot topic....

I think you drastically overestimate the number of Seahawks fans that want Russ back. Like I said, I'm sure there are a few, but I think it's a pretty small minority.

There are more 12 on dot net that want Wilson to wear Hawks uniform again than Steelers fans want him back next season?

There's a serious disconnect with that game. Burrows, exhalted as a QB messiah, puts up a grand total of 19 points. He did look great, dinking and doinking down the field, seemingly at will, and yet showing scant results.

Meanwhile, the Steelers put up 17 points, where their best receiver literally drops everything thrown to him.

Whacky, topsy turvy world.

This 💯. 4 straight losses and a one and done next week. Look no further than the qb...Pickens walked out on an interview last week when reporters advised that Russ said they were not on the same page. Then last night basically showed that. I give Tomlin credit for hiding the weaknesses as long as he did to get the to the playoffs but the problems of the past are rearing their ugly head again. If Tomlin is smart he goes Fields next week. Team needs a change..he can escape the pocket and run and they can see what they have for next year. Russ isn't surprising anyone at this point unless their is a sack count record to be broke in the wild card weekend.

Cincy has the same problems in the redzone that we do. Even with a top 5QB and 2 superior pass catchers (Gisecki is probably better than any of our TEs also). They operate in an almost identical way. Straight drop back and don't even pretend to run or run PA. It just makes life way too difficult in redzone.

Even Burrow isn't immune to mistakes in that area when you throw too much. He had a pick in the redzone, missed a few throws overall, and Chase dropped at least a couple balls. Between that and them refusing to take 3 points just about ever, it's too easy for something to derail you before you get in the endzone when your offense functions that way.
