Looked as if #55 (Brooks) was trying to take Russell out of the game. On one play, where Brooks tried to crush him into the turf, Russ extended his arms and kind of deflected a lot of the force. When they got up, Russ told him "that's unnecessary man" :x So glad our QB is pretty adept at falling in the safest manner and protecting himself. If he fell like Sidney, he'd be on IR with a broken collar bone by now.

Sherman showing class and giving a dude props, only to get dissed...Yeah, I would throw that little bitch under the bus in front of the world too.

My favorite part was the yelp of joy from Sherman when he tips the pass and Smith catches it. It's quick, but you can hear it.

Man MRob was balling after that game. I love to see that, warms my heart to know it means everything to them just like it does to us and it's not just about the money..

He is now my favorite Seahawk maybe of all time.. MRob jersey in the mail as we speak...

Go Hawks.

That's Hall of Famer Warren Moon. They played it a lot on Brock & Danny the next day.

I love it to. It summarizes the emotion of the moment perfectly.

On the mic'd up without any play-by-play, you can hear Sherman let out a scream, too. It didn't have the body that Moon's did, but it was there :D

Yep. I heard Moon's shriek, and the sound from Sherman's more like a high pitched Wooo!

Couple of notes.

1 - Really hate that Bradshaw gets to present the trophy, he wants to be a joker. Still remember his '05 performance. "You know you get to play my Steelers". "My Windows ....". Yes, I am still a bitter hater.

2 - Interesting conversation Boldin, Crabtree and Patton were having regarding the Seahawks offense. "They just play action and try to throw over the top". Didn't seem too impressed with our offense.

Couple interesting things in the 1st half clip.

Seemed like Joe Staley thought those ear plugs were distracting/hurting their communication. (Note to other teams: Give up this sthick. THE 12TH MAN WILL NOT BE DROWNED OUT!!!)

Also pretty crazy how Harbaugh could identify that Wilson was using the hard count on the goal line.

There it is 5:00 in link 2. Richard Sherman "Hell of a Game, Hell of game" and the presentation was RESPECTFUL and he got pushed in the face.

It may have been sincere but it was poor timing. Wait until the clock hits 0:00 and then do the handshakes. Really I don't care either way. I was entertained, and I love the vociferous players in the league. Trash talking is all part of the game IMO as long as you are keeping it within the game and not bringing in families. A little shove to the face by Crabtree I have no problem with either. His season ended less than 10 seconds prior so I'm not going to hold that against him.

Oh, cool. Thanks guys.

On another note, I love the reverse low angle slo-mo replay of this. It'll be shown for many years the same way "The Catch" has been. Amazing.

Well he was responding to the 9ers getting an offside flag.. not rocket science.

you would have thought the defense would have been a bit more prepared coming out to defend a team at its goalline. maybe im just being harsh

The joe staley conversation was great really. He was telling the other o-lineman what was happening on the field, but even that conversation with the two of them was strained to the point he had to get his attention by touching his arm and lean in.

Lynch: "Give me the opportunity to close it out, bruh."

Sherman: "I got ya!"

Lynch: "OR... if you want to, you can do it... but I... I don't mind."

Lynch was so serious and straightforward about it.... like "Hey, I can grab lunch, or, if you want to, you can do it, but I dont mind"

Yeah, I hate that, too. He doesn't present the trophy, he just introduces the trophy presentation, but still... he doesn't belong there. He's not funny, he's annoying and he makes everything about himself. Put his sorry ass out to pasture already.

EDIT: I just saw the video of Russell asking Bradshaw how to win the Super Bowl and Bradshaw's great response and I take back what I said about putting him out to pasture. His reply seemed thoughtful and genuine, like we're finally hearing Terry Bradshaw, the actual human being, as opposed to the dopey, corny rube he plays on FOX. Retire the rube; Mr. Bradshaw should stay.

Ron Jeremy is not running sideways. He is NOT running SIDEWAYS!

Reminds me of Paul Giamatti in the movie Sideways: "I am NOT drinking any #@&%ing MERLOT!!"

Russell's humility when talking with his coaches is beautiful. Pete was telling everyone to play their game and stay poised when they were down, and Russ responds with "yes sir, yes sir" instead of ignoring him or brushing it off. Before the 4th down TD, he says "I think we can get them coach, we can take a shot." It's not "Pete" or "Man," it's "coach" or "sir."

Hearing a starting NFL QB address his coaches like that tells me an awful lot about the guy. Not that it's news, but it sure is refreshing.

Anyone notice that they have changed the video that was exclusively the interaction between Sherman and Crabtree followed by the Erin Andrews interview from a different angle showing that whole sequence in context. Now all of that context has been removed from that video on NFL.com. WTF is up with that?

BTW, they make an error. The catch by Kearse on 4th and 8 makes the score 20-17 Seahawks, not tied. It's important because it was 13-17 and a field goal would have not only been difficult but we still would have been behind by one point...
