Suprised that the Seahawks didn't make a move today. Something on this team is lacking; probably because they haven't played a complete game all season.

I see a wild card run and first game exit. I wish I was more optimistic, but something is missing on this roster.

I don't see why people expected more trades. Teams don't give talented players during the season unless the player wants out (J.Ramsey) , is not a locker room fit (M. Bennett) or they have surplus at the position (Diggs)

What the team needed at the deadline was a pass rusher and no one was going to give that up without a huge haul.

You're right the Hawks might lose in the first two rounds but with where the roster is that wouldn't be surprising at all. The team is still another year away from being a true Super Bowl contender. They need to use their cap room to add one more piece in the off-season. All along people have been hoping this season would be like the 2012 season.

If they can go 5-3 in the second-half it will be.

We are still in rebuild mode really, have pieces but need seasoning and health when it comes to the O line. took about 5 years of retooling and seasoning to get us to dominance before, other then Wilsons being here we are trying to do the same thing again and challenge at the same time now. That's the frustration part, almost good enough, good enough, and really bad depending on match ups and days is our current situation, improving but not there. We have yet to have that IT moment as a team.

Dickson & Ursua will be big...I think Usrua is going to make his premier against the forty-whiners. Diggs/Blair/Amadi will improve the defense. Its up to Russ to continue his MVP year to take us further. We will know more of how strong this team really is in the upcoming games. Dissy injury really hurt us.

So they aren't 6-2?

So they don't have two more losses than the division leader?

Have you seen this team play a complete game yet?

Have ya'all watched this team over the past 10 years? The year they won the bowl had a bunch of painful wins like the ones we're seeing now.

They'll get better and better and peak at the right time. They certainly have an average defense (at best--but DIggs makes them better), but Russ is now a top 3 qb. And probably #1 with a close game on the line.

No good DL available for trade, Jamal Adams would have been nice but Jets apparently want something like two firsts which isn't happening. Team has a ton of draft picks this year and probably want to get the young guys more experience, can actually be aggressive in the draft to trade up if they want for the first time in forever. Almost no teams made any major trades besides Ramsey but he didn't want to be there anymore.

1.) Our DL can't create pressure to save their lives
2.) No Will Dissley

Imho those are our 2 biggest issues.

A defense and special teams, that's what.

But as far as we haven't played a complete game yet? The Cardinal game was a complete game from start to finish. RIP uncle Will!!!

Tedric Thompson Placed On Injured Reserve, Ed Dickson Designated For Return

[tweet]https://twitter.com/johnpboyle/status/1189620139324391424[/tweet]

Filling Thompson’s spot on the roster is veteran defensive end Dekoda Watson.
.............................................

Edited P.S.: ...... Given Watson's background as a linebacker and designation as a DE, one could assume he will be looked at as a LEO.

Well, the Special Teams did look solid on Sunday. Myers and especially Dickson had solid games. Keep it rollin.

The announcement is about TE Ed Dickson.
“He’s going to go this week,” Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Monday of Dickson returning to practice. “We’re bringing Ed back with the thought—give him the chance to practice with the chance to play. He’s worked really hard leading up to this time through his rehab and all where he has been preparing for the workload. We’re very optimistic that he could (play) if he can make it through the week. We’ve got to see how he handles the workload, but his mindset is on playing.”

............................ Tre's return would also be a boast to the defensive backfield.

Really good to hear Dickson will be back in the mix. He has always been a hell of a blocker, and obviously they could use that right now
