Some perspective...at this point

The 2005 Seahawks were 4-2 at this point with losses to JAX and the Redskins in OT. Wins against the Falcons, Cardinals, Rams and the Texans. Result was a Super Bowl appearance.

The 2012 Seahawks were 4-2 at this point last season. Losses to the Cardinals and Rams (both close, Wilson rookie).
Wins against Cowboys (humiliated), Packers (Fail Mary), Panthers, and Patriots (u mad bro?). Finished one play away from the NFC Championship.

The 2013 Seahawks are 5-1 after today with a loss against the Colts and wins against the Panthers, 49ers, JAX, Texans and the Titans.

A little more perspective:

We are also #1 in the NFC in point differential and tied for the best record.

Our D is #3 is points allowed despite a couple costly ST mistakes. Also, our O is #11 in YPG and #9 in PPG despite Okung, Miller, Breno, and Unger missing games.
