Welp here's his reaction...

I'm mixed on it, I feel he spent more time giving himself reasons to justify rooting for Seattle but was realistically hopeful for SF. Idk take it how you will. I don't think Sherm is an authentic person let alone media head. He surely doesnt hype up TB as much either.

Eh, he's walking the line between fandoms. His podcast doesn't do big numbers really so he can't really afford to piss anyone off one way or the other. I think Sherm has a lot of love for the Seahawks, but will always be a bit jaded towards his experience there.

The reaction on the sidelines a few weeks back was authentic fandom, that was all I needed, He is a Seahawk, really didn't want to leave.

If you watch his podcast it's clear he's a niner fan more than a seahawks fan. Which is fine, i couldn't care less really, but he's not an authentic person. I don't take him seriously....

What makes you say that? I have watched every episode since he started, and I think he clearly leans Seattle.
