Apparently, we need switch hitters batting against the Asterisks. So that we can bat either left or right depending on which side the pitcher decides to pitch on a given throw.

Not sure if you're being serious or snarky, but having a couple/few switch hitters in the lineup can be a good thing. Now that Cal Raleigh is warming up he's starting to resemble what they thought he would be - our catcher of the future.

EFF the Cheatstros. What a joke. THAT team acting like the victim when they were CLEARLY throwing at France. Then they double down and throw at Suarez BEHIND his head.
Loved Julio's reaction to his home run. Some legit Karma right there. No wonder the entire league hates the Trash Cans.
Castillo has been brutal much of the year, and makes me very nervous. That being said, credit where it's due. He has been solid these last few outings.

Servais gets a gold star in my book for last night's dust up. Tired of France getting plunked.

It was like the little kid standing up to the bully and the bully didn't expect resistance

Got some consecutive hits against Verlander to take a 1-0 lead. Flex has been impressive.

Would be great to see Alvarez in the HR derby.

I thought Winker should have caught that fly ball.

Toro gave away that AB, swinging at at least 3 pitches out of the zone. 🤦‍♂️

Well they just reported that Lewis is "not yet, no schedule yet." Haniger is early July, last I heard. Evan White is a "who knows." At least France is making all of us say "Evan who?" :)

Still a chance to win the series tomorrow.

Yeah so tired of watching Toro.

Flex has faired pretty well against the Astros this year but gets no help.

Hopefully we can take the series tomorrow, Gilbert starting should help.

Gilbert finishes 6, gave up 3 runs so a quality start for him and leaves with the 5-3 lead.

Winker tacks on another run with an RBI single top 8. Trammell with a lead off double, advances to 3d on a fly ball to RF. Scores on the Winker single. 6-3.

Sewald 1-2-3 bottom 8.
