A lesser opponent they “should” beat, but lately the Kraken have been playing down or up to competition level. Go Kraken!

They’re playing incredibly just sloppy in this first period

Feels like Columbus was getting away with a lot of high sticks and cross checking. Especially the hit on McCann

Because I don’t think I’ve seen Kraken players on their stomachs laying on the ice as much as I have until tonight .

4-2 Win… started off looking sloppy cleaned it up in in the last period .. I’d say probably halfway through it. Definitely didn’t like seeing them on their bellies a lot but overall I’m glad the pulled away with the win.

And well the sigh of relief came with Tanevs open net goal. I still feel restless and uneasy when they’re ahead by 1 lol

Good win. 1st period was pissing me off.
I’ll take the 2 points and run.

I NEVER feel comfortable with a 1 goal lead late with our goaltending and defense. I was for awhile when Jones was hot, but he’s regressed.

Very happy with the win, and it was another that felt similar to the Seahawks games of the earlier Wilson years that had moments of craziness and often went down to the wire. Kraken were extremely lucky when Gaudreau's shot late in the third that went behind Gru seemed to skirt off a piece of invisible plexiglass affixed to the front of the goal. Looked at first like it hit the left goalpost then the right. However, looking at the play on YouTube (scrub to 0:32) with speed at 0.25, looks like the puck actually deflected off Gru's right skate before hitting the right goalpost. Thanks, deflecto-skate!
