They are going to want a new stadium. Within the first 3 years. They will want the city or state to pay for majority of it since they spent so much to buy it. They will hold the fans hostage and if they don’t get what they want they will move to California.

When the bidders were narrowed down to these two,
  • Aditya Mittal with family fortune is estimated at $17.2 billion.
  • Vinod Khisola, with estimated fortune of $14 billion.
Mittal engaged the help of a Seahawks icon, Russell Wilson.

That is what all venture capitalists do, invest in good ideas presented by good people, then find the right people to run the idea.
