You sure love claiming that half the Hawks roster is either busts, overrated or just plain not good.
Do you like any of the players?

/sarcasm
EJ is clearly very good. I havnt said otherwise.

It does seem weird to me that he has been traded for peanuts twice and is on a shockingly small salary for his accomplishments. Feels like the league doesn't value him as much as the eye test indicates they should. I think it'd be interesting to hear from some front office guys on that.

Sometimes it's just a change of scenery and better coaching. I legit don't care what front office guys say or think about him. Who gives a rip what the "league" feels about him??? Mike and John love the guy. His teammates love the guy. THAT is what matters.
The NFL is full of guys who thrived when they moved to a better situation. This absolutely has been a better situation for him.

I know what my eyes tell me. He's one hell of a player and leader on this team. Teams who gave up on him are just plain stupid and lack talent evaluation. Clearly. The Hawks know how to get the best out of a player. Clearly.

Yeah, the Rams clearly lack talent evaluation.

Well, they're the idiots who let him go. F the Rams.
The Hawks are a better team, period. And they're better at talent evaluation. I'll go ahead and pass on slobbering over the fricken Rams. Who are full of guys they got in free agency, and who magically have no salary cap

I get it, the Hawks suck at everything. Better?
Are you a Hawks fan, or do you just like to troll to piss people off? Honest question. I'm starting to wonder if you're actually a Hawks fan. Shockingly bad takes, over and over again. Esp. on "bustron"

Oh well, it's working, so well done.

Just one straw man after another with you.

Feel free to stop being so obsessed with me. It's pretty damn insulting to have you constantly hijacking my posts to tell me you don't think what I'm talking about is worthy of discussion. If you don't want to discuss something don't discuss it. Pretty damn easy.

Yeah, ok. You call me out; I call you out. Kind of how it works with us. And that's ok. Years ago, I tried to apologize to you for being an ass. You flat out didn't even respond back to me. So don't sit here and act like you're some victim. Geezus man, lighten up.

If you're gonna' put out ridiculous takes, don't expect everyone to just let it go w/out commenting.
We don't like each other, I've long accepted that. I'm asking you a real question. Are you ACTUALLY a Hawks fan?
What's insulting is how you downplay the Hawks, their players, their GM, their decision making, all of it.
ALL THE TIME. At some point, people are going to call you out on it. It's RARE that you seem to like anything the Hawks do.
Just strange af, to me. I'll gladly stop responding to any of your posts. Nothing good comes out of it, and I'm not really wanting another long time out.

Go Hawks, 24/7 365

Screw this, I'm putting you back on ignore. And for the record, I have no idea what "apology" you're talking about. There's never been anything in my inbox from you.

I like when people challenge my views, because it generates discussion and I learn a lot. But that's not what you do. You whine incessantly about negativity, wildly exaggerate my thoughts with puerile over-exaggerations, and never EVER even attempt to refute anything I say. THREE times in the past two days, you've responded to posts of my with some vague BS about "drama", and in two of those posts you were responding to, I was expressing optimism about the new ownership situation. But Noooooo, it wasn't positive ENOUGH for you, so you had to belittle me yet again.

If your fandom and your status within a group are dependent on how little you're willing to question things, you don't root for a team, you're a follower of a cult. I don't do cults.

Discussing Seahawks football is an escape for me. That means analytics and looking at things from different stances. I'm not down for whatever this is that you do, and dealing with it isn't good for my mental health.

So, don't bother responding to any more of my posts, as I will no longer be able to see them.

It makes sense to me that other organizations didn't value EJ3's on-field contributions as highly as they disliked his potential to tell 31/32 of the NFL to F...off on national TV.

...or more likely, saying that to staff at times.

Just glad he's ours. And I'm proud to be rockin' his jersey this season. His comment at the parade sealed the deal.

I need to hear how Murphy is a bust....
He's not. I started calling him that when fans who never watched him in college and were hyping him up as the next Aaron Donald kept cherry-picking uncontexted stats like double team rate to prop up his disappointing rookie season.

He has clearly elevated above bust status (although most fans still overstate his impact), but I've kept the nickname because I think it's funny. It keeps getting brought up because someone whose posts I (thankfully) cant see anymore cant go a single thread without trying to bait me into negativity so he can keep being the white knight nobody in the organization asked for or needs.
