Based on the word of criminals? The judge has said the evidence is lacking.

Lots of guys have been accused of crimes, but never got convicted or suspended by the nfl. Big Ben even got celebrated by the nfl. And handed a Super Bowl at our expense, that they didn’t earn.

Big Ben was "celebrated" but only after he was suspended for 6 games (reduced to 4).


So all that said, back to the original point, I wonder if Arnold, provided he escapes charges like it seems, gets punished by the league due to this "Personal Conduct Policy" of theirs?

It's a weird risk for a player that is already a weird risk.

Didnt he have more DPIs than PBUs?

And a miserable amount of INTs.

Im less concerned about his character than i am about his instincts. That we might take the risk worries me that we might not have enough db depth waiting. Or good upside prospects.

If JS likes the guy despite his tape? Sure. But if JS likes him because we have s hole there? That would be a bummer
