Rat isn't a seahawks fan? That would be weird to be on here and not be a fan.

We have a few, most of them don’t attempt to hide it, and they generally are decent contributors.

Anyone that continues to troll and intentionally are inflammatory is putting their privileges to post at risk.

It's weird. He sucked on the Lions.

But

If JS and MM think he is good, then I am probably wrong. No way I am secondguessing their judgement on DBs given their track record.
But odd.

I don't care about the crime thing. There was a kid from the Bills or Dolphins that likely had a crew break into his exes place and beat the ish out of her because she robbed him and tried to keep property of his that was not even his (the necklace that was lent to him). Of course, nobody could prove that crew was the one that did it...but it was weirdly interesting how fixated they were on that necklace. Anyway, she got put in the hospital but nothing happened to the player - because it was bullcrap what she did.

I am not really well versed on what Arnold did, but it sound like he went for revenge against a group that tried to screw him. Makes sense. I've done it too. I'm just not famous. So if we can add him to the team and he can keep from being arrested? That would be great we REALLY need another CB.

Note the italics and underlined part.

He may not suck on the Seahawks. 🤷‍♂️

That is a dilemma, I think they like him, navigating his issues and will it be a distraction if they do sign him, Early in the episode John said he talked to Milroe about him I think as a character reference.

I think Nick Saban was also mentioned as someone who vouched for his character.

Plus, did my ears deceive me or did JS say that Arnold was like Spoon (as far as Talent)?

He struggled in 2025, after living up to his first-round draft status in his rookie 2024 season.

Whether it was a sophomore slump, or injuries (week 6 concussion, week 11 shoulder), it’s hard to say, but Amick Robertson was taking snaps from him, even before the injury bug hit, due to Arnold being burned repeatedly on the outside.

It was definitely a rocky season for him.

Arnold is widely regarded as an able CB, if he winds up being excused from the allegations against him which caused the Lions to cuts bait then he could be a positive quality addition to the team. I'm not buying the bad character BS that has surfaced as the Lions have a strong team first collective identity and 'me guys' aren't part of their team first character.

I will have faith in the FO on this, they are the guys who will wear this addition if he were to get suspended or convicted after signing with the Hawks.

Let's just wait and see what happens here.

Lots of suitors, he is supposed to have a court date this week I think and that outcome or whether they pursue chargers, lower or dismiss will tell the story. He basically now can pick where he wants to play as it plays out in court. Since he was not physically involved it will all be credibility, text and phone messages and proof he was sending or on the call.

I think the fact that he wasn't physically involved at all will play in his favor, imo.

I have read there’s A LOT of speculation that his stuff get dropped. Not from YouTubers but from a few media heads to that believe that the legal stuff will be dropped.

Honestly? I hope it does and I hope John and Mike give him a shot. I have faith in knowing if it’s not working Coach Mike and John won’t hesitate to cut bait right then and there

Sign him, what could it hurt! If his case gets dismissed great get. If not well than I guess we let him go to deal with his legal troubles.

@JPatera76 One thing to consider though...

If the charges are dropped, the NFL could step in and suspend him though.

How many games would that be?

Based on the word of criminals? The judge has said the evidence is lacking.

Lots of guys have been accused of crimes, but never got convicted or suspended by the nfl. Big Ben even got celebrated by the nfl. And handed a Super Bowl at our expense, that they didn’t earn.
