I'm not going to speculate on what Outten will do because I have absolutely no idea, but if it turns out he's unhappy with how this went down and wants to join Kubiak in Vegas, I don't know why you wouldn't just let him. We're not the Browns. We just won the Super Bowl. We certainly don't need to hold anyone hostage.

Hopefully, he's happy here and is looking forward to running it back. He'll get his chance.

Because... TE coaches are responsible for in-line blocking. route running and pass catching. and outside blocking of safeties and DBs.
