We only gave up 13, which is under our average and actually dropped us a hair. Not sure Denver was close enough to take over from one game.

Before today's game, Denver gave up 286. It's safe to say they didn't surpass us. Behind us was Chicago at 253, and they had 24 dropped on them.

Denver wasn't even close. Atlanta has allowed fewer points this season than Denver has.

This is a great achievement and really sets this year apart.

You remember what that schedule looked like going into the season, and now 11-5 and #1 scoring defense, wow!

And they did it without a consistent pass rush...amazing.

I think that is what is most impressive most teams that finish at #1 have a consistant pass rush. Ours seems to come in buches. Lets hope they come in bunches in the playoffs.
