Schedule prediction

League source is saying that we open at home against MIA.

Week 1 open Sunday 1pm against Carolina.

Week 2 10am start Tamp bay.

Week 3 10am game in Miami.

Somewhere in the middle we will play Thursday night in AZ. Early part of the season while Palmer is still healthy.

Week 10 will be 10am in Buffalo.

The last 4 games of the season will include 2 away games, probably back to back against NE (prime time) and Green Bay 10am.

The rest is just fluff and fill.

I'll explain my formula after the schedule comes out.

Well pretty obviously my formula is wrong. I love the schedule but after the last couple of years it really has felt like the NFL has been trying to keep us under control. Meaning if I were making a schedule how could I make the Seahawks road back to the super bowl as difficult as possible.

I know it sounds like poor me but it really is just a theory of the league pushing parity and trying to make the road tougher for the better teams. Add in how officiating statistically has broke the last couple of years and you could make a pretty good argument I'm not way off. But this schedule pretty much destroys any argument.

Hopefully we see the penalties level out as well. Imagine with this schedule and if our opponents were actually getting penalized at a rate that averages out with the rest of their opponents and I see a very good season coming our way.
