Looking at our schedule and opponents, I think we’re going to do very well.

12-5. We’ll have a “rough” patch starting with the Dallas game.

Pretty tough schedule, I like it!! I like how it ramps up with a very difficult finish, when we get to the playoffs we'll be in playoff mode having already been so for the final 6 weeks. Like a battle hardened regiment entering the playoffs. The bye sucks.

I posted this in the schedule thread but it probably belongs here.
I say they win 9-10 games. I base that not looking at the schedule but on the average of 9.8 wins per season since PC has been the coach. Consistency in statistics. The range has been a low of 7 with a high of 13. In his Seahawks tenure, he has reached double digit wins in 8 out of 13 seasons.

@ Giants and @ Lions will be tougher than you think
Agreed. I almost split one of these with the edge going to Detroit.

Those two teams are on the rise…

I think the Oline and Defense is (on paper) much better than 2022. I think they improve by Three games this year, Twelve wins all day.

BRUTAL schedule. Ouch. I think we could start 2-4 but climb to .500 before we travel to Baltimore. It's plausible we lose 4 straight starting with SF, but then a couple of the early games could go either way. Detroit and NYG, namely. We're vastly improved on paper but with many new faces expected to make big impacts...such impact will likely come later in the season. I'm a homer but a realistic homer. I'll be pretty happy with 10 or 11 wins. But IF we make the playoffs...I think we might make some noise in the post. Iron sharpens iron and all that.

10-7, and a first or maybe second round playoff exit. Sorry, I just don't have any confidence in Geno. Hope he proves me wrong.

Massive improvement from last year. No Barton. That should be worth two wins right there. And we're young! The schedule is brutal. Thats ok tho. 11`12 wins.

Wow, I don't know who is more sane, those living in the land of optimism (11-14 wins) or those in land of pessimism (6-9 wins). I don't even want to think about those of you choosing the nationality of irrationality (15-17 or 0-5 wins).

Vegas, the ultimate arbiter of who is in the state of the sensible says that 8.5 is the over/under number. So maybe even 10 wins (my prediction) is a little optimistic.
