No argument here. They are the shit. It's been fun to watch them develop, and quickly.

I said in another thread - Darnold is releasing balls before JSN even breaks or turns around on his routes.

They are in each other's head.

One of the only places where you can say the phrase ‘..is releasing balls’.

Or can you 🤔

Totally. I’m waiting for the game where he puts up numbers like he did in that Rose Bowl game. 347 yards and 3 TDs. I feel like it’ll happen someday.
Eclipsing Flipper Anderson???????

It’s insane to watch. Darnold’s timing even under pressure and trust in his receiver and is something I don’t think I’ve yet to see in a Seahawks uniform.

It’s very hard to defend when the ball is thrown before the break is even made with a WR as precise of a route runner is JSN.

JSN is cooking corners but Darnold is also throwing him open. Corners are in position but even well covered he is threading the ball into some tight places.

The synergy between these two are crazy. I can’t say the same about the other Hawk receivers.

The throw down the sideline to JSN just out of the out-stretched arm of Lassiter is a thing of beauty (and legend).

Justin Jefferson wants him back.
Yeah really ! I wonder if theres any resentment towards the front office from the Vikings players. They were really close last year.

Vikings fans were all like "They got rid of Sam because he failed when it mattered most."

And I'm like "Well you Vikings fans won't have to worry about your QBs failing when it matters most because they're already failing now. Welcome back to 'playing out the string' again. Enjoy another lost season!"

Vegas is asleep on the Hawks, I like the NFC conference title bet big time and it ain’t gonna be a 12-1 shot much longer.
Darnold to JSN and that pass rush, no frickin way thats a 12-1 shot.
anything can happen in the super bowl, but
it should be Philly vs Seattle for the NFC.

JSN knows that when he gets a step on his corner coverage, that Darned-old is going to put the ball over his uncovered shoulder....Reminds me sooo much of Dave Krieg & Steve Largent's mind meld connections.
Pretty damned hard to cover a Receiver that has that kind of mental connection to a Quarterback with Darnold's talent to throw dimes like he can.
