I apologize but is he an interior or a edge or do they play him all over ?
He looks like my psycho cousin BTW
He’s 6’5” 295. I watched a little film and he wasn’t ever lined up at nose but he was definitely inside. I think he could cause havoc from anywhere but I think he’s a little light for nose
* maybe not light, but I really like that 330 pound immovable blob at nose. Could you imagine the 450 pounder the bucs drafted?! It would be so fun to watch that guy

I'm not positive about the IR rules but I think they can designate only 2 players to return from IR. I think they would save it for some veteran who gets hurt in season rather than a rookie who has missed all practices and training camp. If he's on IR when the season starts, I doubt he plays this season.
Mills is currently on the Non-Football Injury (NFI) list not the IR. Therefore:
  • Transition to Reserve/NFI List: If a player on the Active/NFI list is not medically cleared by the final roster cutdown, the team must decide whether to move them to the Reserve/NFI list, release them, trade them, or keep them on the 53-man roster. Players moved to the Reserve/NFI list at this point do not count against the 53-man roster limit but are ineligible to practice or play for at least the first four regular-season games.
  • Return-to-Play Timeline:
    • Minimum Absence: Players on the Reserve/NFI list must miss at least the first four regular-season games. They are not allowed to practice or play during this period but can engage in conditioning work with trainers.

That’s what I thought. NFI not IR

Rylie Mills ran a 4.69 40 in his pro day compared to Nick Bosa's 4.84.
For a big guy he can definitely move.
Hope he heals up near 100% before we unleash him.Heck he is faster than Bobo.

If Mills can't go after 4 games which is a bit of a stretch considering his ACL was blown in December he'd be placed on IR.

I'd love him to be be ready but an ACL rehab for a big guy usually takes longer than 8.5 months.
