So I saw this yesterday where the M's tried to talk to Gilbert and Woo about extension
but they didn't get anywhere.

I'm at the point where I'm okay with if trade Gilbert (if he doesn't want to resign) but I want to keep Woo, I feel he is the better pitcher.

In the next year or so, I figure we'll lose at least one and maybe two of our current starting rotation. That might happen this year at the trade deadline. Castillo will have some value left (I assume) and he's not really the future. We have some outstanding arms in the minors that will be ready soon. If Hancock has a few more starts like last night, he could be one of the 5.

It's gonna happen.
