I was just trying to clarify there is no chance of him being deemed innocent regardless not guilty is as close as you get. You don't know the details so what is the point in making the distinction? You may try to assume what happened based on what you know but you know what they say...

K get where you are coming from. My point was that the above poster had said he was declared innocent and my only point was nope he was just deemed not guilty and that there is a difference. That was the point in making the distinction - it was a reply to a post.

I make the distincion because there is a difference. He was just not proven beyond any reasonable doubt to be guilty.

Kiro 7 noon news talked about talking to Cox today at VMAC, Tru's tryout and reaching out to Winfield. So no word yet, Could be tomorrow before we hear what team come's up with.

I may not have liked the signing but man we need some depth, hopefully this means they worked something out with Winfield and he will be in Seattle soon.

I have another hypothesis. Browner did not drop his appeal. It was heard today. It could well be that the team either knows that Browner won this appeal or they have strong reason to think so. If so, the move makes perfect sense.
