Exactly. If I was JS I would at this point say, look we drafted Tariq Woolen, not Riq Woolen. Contract is void unless you change your name back and play like that guy

Riq reminds me of Chauvarious Ward, who admitted that he had tuned out the coaching and couldn’t care less whether the 49ers even won in his last year there. Or LJ Collier/Cody Barton their last year here.

The situation could of course become worse, like DeVondre Campbell refusing to get on the field at all. After that incident, Bosa confessed that he should have confronted Campbell over his attitude beforehand as a team captain.

Captain Witherspoon should do the same.

Yeah, man. That's kinda where I'm at? Guy has the tools, but he's gonna need to be coached up. A lot. Whether he's receptive to that...? Might be a DK - are the benefits worth the detriments?

He doesn’t fit what we need at corner I’d rather have Jobe or Pritchett starting. Woolen has become a liability and is afraid to tackle and wrap up. I don’t care how fast he is if you can’t tackle then get you have no business starting corner for the Hawks. The dropped interception in the 49er game was baffling all he had to do was either catch it or bat it down. I bet he’s on a pitch count with coach Mac at this point

His playing time really hasn't diminished much. He played 62 of 67 snaps Thursday. You need 3 corners as 'starters' and behind those 3 you have Pritchett and Kendrick. If Woolen really falls behind either of those two guys, I doubt we get much in a trade beyond a swap of late picks.
