D-Mo swing has gone to shit. He got lucky & hit a few HR's, now he's swinging out of his shoes, trying to golf everything into the seats (JP in April). He's swinging clearly under every fastball. And missing.
Don't worry our super star Julio and utility star D-Mo will lead us to the playoffs with their combined .180 average with RISP.

Real question... who would you guys give up to trade for Naylor at the deadline... I feel like we have another SS and 2nd baseman top ranked we could part with? Maybe 2b, since we dont know how long crawford will stay solid etc

Maybe someone will take the add on flyer of the two arm pitcher we got....

I'm pretty far from confident that we'll be buyers at the deadline.

We're 1 game above .500 overall, and we're something like 5 or 6 games below .500 since April.

Sure, things could change in the next 5 weeks, but I haven't seen any reason to believe they will.

We watch this same movie every year. Going into the trade deadline somewhere around .500 & well below .540, wondering if they'll be buying or selling? That's because they aren't real contenders. Every single year, the major problem is the offense, so CLEARLY DiBozo is NOT the guy to fix it. By this time, EVERYONE knows the M's are DESPERATE for offense. Nobody with a brain is going to give Seattle a difference maker without getting an absolute haul of prospects. Because DiBozo the 🤡 has been so awful at his job, therefore creating desperation that other teams don't have, he's going to have to pay elite prices for some marginal rental. He needs to go ASAP.

Why so mopey? Cheer up buttercup. We just need like 6 or 7 guys in the lineup to turn things around and we'll be good to go. We're on the verge of greatness and glory!

6 or 7? No problem, we just need that many more trade deadlines from DiBozo. Maybe we'll get another Cameron Maybin again or another buy/sell deal when we get back marginal AAAA players like Bliss & Canzone. Whether they buy or sell under DiBozo the 🤡, the other team is the winner.
