Canales looks to be getting a name for himself after working well with Russ and subsequently having been part of developing Geno.

Looks like they are going after several quarterbacks coaches. Could mean they are looking to increase the pass efficiency of Lamar. Canales definitely deserves the opportunity.

It has more to do with it being a job promotion. If it’s a promotion you can take a coach from another team when they are under contract and more likely to accept the job

I follow the Ravens the fan base hates Roman and blame him for everything especially the QB sneak call that Hundley fumbled according to reports Hundley wasn’t supposed to stretch over the pile but run into the pile and than be pushed by O linemen. One of the RBs JK Dobbins publicly allied out Roman for a lack of playing time. It’s been a messy situation. Roman would be a very good candidate as a run game coordinator
