It’s almost guaranteed that either Anderson or Carter will be the at 5 since Carolina traded up to #1. The 1,2, and 4 picks will all be QBs. Who knows which of the 4 QBs fall to our pick. I personally don’t know that I’d risk taking Carter. Too many off the field issues (left the scene of a fatal car crash, lied twice to cops about it), questionable motor, didn’t impress in playoffs even when he rotated out a lot.
