Gregory only played two games for them this year. Not really a loss when they bnever really had him to begin with.
Yeah it's not really going to make any difference for the Boys since he's barely been able to get on the field to begin with. For 98% of his time in Dallas, he's been about as useful to the Cowboys as I have. And that number is probably closer to 100% since whenever he's actually eligible to play, it's just in time for games that don't matter.
-He's looked good in preseason (so did Brandon Weeden)
-Last year he became eligible toward the end of the season right when it was becoming obvious our season was a lost cause
-This year he comes back for the Lions game JUST after we clinch HFA throughout
So it's still frustrating wondering what could've been, no doubt. Considering our mediocre pass rush, this guy could've been a real difference maker. Heck, if either he or Greg Hardy panned out, we would have no holes at all on the team. However, we were due a bust considering how many of our picks have panned out the last three seasons including the home run with Prescott. Not to mention there's a good chance Jaylon Smith will recover from his injury by early season next year.
