Seemed checked out most of last year, but surprised it took this long to find another team. They'll need the safety depth when Jamal Adams goes on IR week 1.
Surprised it took this long? Even you yourself said he was checked out last year. Who in the right mind wants to sign a player that purposely checks out?

This is actually fascinating. Diggs admitted that he was able to talk Carroll into trading for Jamal Adams, and now Adams apparently talked the Titans GM Ran Carthon to sign Diggs. These guys must be very convincing.

That's good for him. Hopefully, Diggs can turn his career around. He seemed miscast as a defensive leader and never quite recovered from his leg injury. It didn't help that our terrible run defense forced him to make several open-field tackles every game, which sort of exposed him. He's more of a big hitter and a coverage guy than a consistent tackler/run-stopper.

I bear Diggs no ill will. He had a few good years with the Seahawks. Unfortunately, he went the way of a lot of secondary players at his age. The guy's in his 10th year in the NFL. It's tough to play in the secondary as you age. Just ask Earl Thomas.

I hold a lot of ill will towards Diggs. He was the leader of lack of effort and the "Let's get Clint Hurtt fired" attitude that seemed to infect the defense towards the end of the year. I really wish he had remained unsigned as a clear message to the low effort players out there that the rest of the league is watching and when you dog it, you won't find another job.

If true, then I'll give him credit for trying to get Hurtt the hell out of here. Other than that, I liked how he played during his first few years here, but these last few years were not good.

He needed to be fired. Pete just kept missing on DC hires.
