As an outsider looking in it seems like fox has a lot of seahawk coverage including nights when the seahawks arent playing. Genuine question is there a better place to catch up on all things hawks from a TV pov?

They are pretty good. King 5 is also a good one, as they have a Hawks show on after SNF, I think Walter Jones and John Clayton are part of that one.

Thursday they have a show on Q FOX 13 before the TNF games covering Seahawks talk with Aaron Levine and others. It's also on again after the game with Cliff Avril co-hosting. Good shows.

They also have their pre game and post game shows as well, depending on the game times. With Levine, Big Play Babs and Wyman. Plenty of analysis and post game interviews.

KING 5 has their 5th Quarter show after each SNF game...That's with Paul Silvi and Big Walt. Great show with plenty of breakdown and player interviews, much like Q 13's post game coverage.

I still miss Seahawks All Access with Angie Mentink (and Warren Moon before his sex scandal got him the boot) each week during the season. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and the show has yet to return. I believe she is doing good (in remission?) and some have spotted her doing some Mariners-related shows. Come back to the Seahawks Angie!

Other than that it's NFL Total Access and Good Morning Football (not much coverage unless after a game or MVP talk) and You Tube.

Angie has actually been pretty big in Mariners coverage. Even to doing some parts in-game. She doesn't report from the booth, but more from the studio. She's very good, and looks pretty good. Since she played softball in college and actually did an exhibition gig playing real baseball for a year or two, I think her baseball roots are deeper than her football connections.

Since I followed the M's last season, I saw a lot of her. She's doing well.
