Only got a B+ for getting an extra first for 2024 from the Raiders. I call BS! That is an A++ move, as I still got Anderson at 7.
I have done a few just like yours, but I had no idea where and how to play Kancey on a 3-4 front, wouldn't he be too short as 3-4 DE? Especially those 30" arms. Putting him at NT? That wouldn't last, would it?

You would have to put him m on the edge, but he is pretty hard to block…

Traded down and gotten a 1st and forth rounder in 2024. Drafted 3 DT in Kancy, Mazi and Coburn; a MLB in Campbell; a Center in Wypler; and a DE in McDonald IV. To do this draft, one sacrificed the opportunity to draft Carter. Drafted Sam LaPorta to replace Fant; and Hooker as project; Roschan Johnson as ying to K9's yang.

Seahawks run a 4 man front on Nickel, which they play more than their base. Casuals need to stop talking about the 3-4, like it's the 1980's. The Seahawks run multiple fronts. And they run 4 man fronts more than odd fronts.

Dre Jones, and Kancey would be your 3T rushers on the inside on passing downs. Giving the Seahawks the best interior pash rush since the 90's.

Cool, I have been drafting Kancey on most of my mocks, basing on if we couldn't figure out how to place a ADonald Lite, we have coaching problem. In case of a 4 front, Jones-Kancey-Mazi-???, on my mock above, ???=McDonald IV

I believe the most important thing to come away with in this draft is DL, across the board, with bodies to rotate.

Some of the trades these simulators offer you are insane. 3 teams were s desperate for my 6th round pick they offered a 2024 1st 2nd and 3rd. Got a decent set of picks for this year and 36 picks in Rounds 1-3 next year!

I just started looking at tape of Kancey and was almost ready to ask if he was undersized. He’s obviously strong but, his movement is deceptive as hell. Like…he was moving so well that I truly thought he had to have been 260…max. He’s 280+.

Damn he carries that well.

I’d love to see him as a Hawk!

I passed on him at 5, thinking I would go DT instead. Couldn't pass again even though I don't believe in Buckeye QBs.

I usually avoid Jalen Carter, but here I traded down to 9 with the bears, and went in with a plan. Arguably The top 3 DT in the draft.
Meanwhile we accumulated extra draft Capital to plug OL, WR, and QB.

I did have to trade up to get Hooker, so after pick 68, we didn’t pick until 123 where we grab Overshown
