I posed this question last year, and I'll do it again this year. Which team that had a losing record last year, is most likely to turn their fortunes around this year?
I imagine the Raiders will be a popular pick, but I'm gonna go with the Bears. They got a brilliant offensive mind in Ben Johnson, they made a smart choice to bring in Dennis Allen as DC, they made serious investments in the OL during FA to protect Caleb Williams, and they got him weapons in the draft, with Loveland and Burden. I'd be surprised if they end up looking like the same ole Bears.
