The more I think of it and sadly I think about the Hawks many times a day. The FO did their research on Lock and they wouldn't have made him apart of that huge trade just to hold a clip board. At the very least, they expect him (after some coaching) to compete for the starting job.
If he wins, great! But I wouldn't be against the best QB in the draft either.
