Say what you want about DK's occasional struggles to reign in the emotion in the heat of battle, but by all accounts, he was a great teammate. I'll bet he was happy for them.
I’d bet he was far more jealous watching the season JSN put up. JSN ran laps around DK best years.

You know they did. The superbowl is a sport that is hard not to watch. With that said we're they watching hoping their former team would lose. Now that's the question.

Besides DK & Geno, I wonder what the LOB and that 48' defense thought of Mikes crew.
I think MM's defense has some improvement to make playing together before they are Legion of boom level. The LOB had a bunch of very talented physical specimens who were fiercely competitive, took their craft very seriously with a high degree of pride, discipline and anger.

I think we will see Mikes guys noticably improve over the next couple of years. Especially if JS keeps drafting well adding a couple solid CB's and DLaw stays another year.
Everyone needs to be on board though and basking in the shine of that ring can't linger too long.

Is the fact that someone on the team put up one of the best receiving seasons in NFL history supposed to be a knock on him? By this logic, every receiver we've ever had was jealous this year.

Dk, didn't gel with Geno, ran bad routes - stopped short, you miss that?
We didn't win shit with him, nor did the squeelers.
Judging by Geno leading the league in picks again, it seems like he doesn't "gel" with much of anyone.

We didnt win shit with Lockett either. Almost like it's a team game.

He probably went back and forth in his living room rooting and “wooing” his former team. With his wife having up reel his back to sit down instead of pacing and cheering lol 😂 imo PC is probably still very proud of the Seahawks. They’re a bright spot in his NFL career/resume
But the real question... did he throw a wad of chewed gum on the carpet?

Not a knock. I wasn’t saying anything like that. He had to play for crap OC after crap OC while here. The final year was an absolute garbage Grubb, which was the final straw. Then the year he leaves we bring in a great OC, and JSN puts up one of the best receiving years ever in nfl history, and wins a SB. I’m sure he is a bit jealous. Now he’s stuck in Pittsburgh playing with an old QB, with zero shot of ever putting up these same numbers or winning a SB. But at least he got paid.

I don't know. I think they both were swinging at the air.

Geno is a mediocre QB, give him credit for lasting this long. My only complaint on him was he was soft and giving up on plays too early.
DK has physical talent but bad hands. That prevents him from being the best.

I don’t understand the hates some people have for them.

Geno congratulated the team in a tweet after the game. I'm kind of rooting for him with the Jets this year. Yeah, he started feeling himself a bit too much with Seattle/Oakland, but that came after such a bad start to his career. A pretty resilient guy to hang around the league this long after that start. It would be a great end to his career if he could make the team that originally drafted him the least bit relevant.
I think Geno will have a bounce back year and jets fans will embrace him. I love he’s a jet. Because my whole in law family are jets fans and they based him the years he started in Seattle.
