change.org isn't for losers, but it is basically an 'open mike' situation that can be taken advantage of by losers. I've seen credible petitions, and I've seen stuff like this one. It's much like facebook in that you have to sift through it with an eye for agendized misinformation.
One thing I always like is a solid sense of humor.

I tuned in the Philly sports radio station last night after the game just to see what they were saying. Instead of saying Seattle played a good game or the Eagles had a good season despite all the injuries, every phone call was “The Iggles would have won had Wentz not gone out and that was a cheap shot from Clowney.” I just chuckled and turned those losers right off. The Seahawks OWN and I do mean OWN the Eagles. When are they going to get that through their cheesesteak brains?
