First time in the HISTORY of the Mariners they threw 3 straight shutouts to sweep a series.

I think it’s the first time ever a team swept a team and kept them scoreless,
only for it to happen to them the next series.

Good home series but we beat up on some bad teams. Still need at least another impact bat.

Heluva series. Great time to start winning on a regular basis. Nice 5-2 homestand leading into a tough looking road trip this week. At least we get a rest/travel day tomorrow. Haven't had a rest day in 17.

They have the fifth worst record in MLB.

A win is a win, but not going to act like we are a new team after beating up on them. We are the same 54% team we’ve been all season, which is a borderline wildcard team. If we want to win a WS we need to add a bat.

But yes impressive sweep today.

Wild card will come down to taking business against lesser division opponents and they still have to play TB twice.

Look, if this was something that was a problem for this team, sure, start benching guys. If one of my best players makes a mistake once, I'm not benching him over it. Just my opinion and no big deal if we disagree.
