HUUUUUGE 1-0 win tonight. 11 game winning streak over for Milwaukee. Incredible pitching on both sides. Go M's!

Munoz got it done, but damn, that was sketchy. He seems very reluctant to throw strikes. 2 walks, and ball 4 on each was an easy take no where near the zone. He doesn't look like a guy that trusts his stuff right now.

The Rock has been damn solid this year. Especially his last few starts. Clearly, he's locked in, and his velocity is back up.
Yes, I'm a big fan of Castillo, but I also never understood the backlash he gets from time to time. But, meh.

The Rock..........rocks. Also, he has a 3.21 ERA. Def. had a few clunkers, but every pitcher does at times.

Also, it was VERY nice to see the real Walter last night. He was on point.
Bazardo has been shockingly good. Still hoping we get another lefty in the bullpen.

HR or not yesterday, he's in the middle of a huge slump. His numbers the last few weeks have been brutal. Around a .140 batting average.
Plus, that's one hell of a pinch hitter to bring in late in the game.

Agreed and no playoff team should have to rely on one hitter. It is time someone else steps up today. They can take this series.

12:40 start

Ouch. Every single batter in this lineup is streaky, even Cal. That's not a good thing.
710 ESPN said that Cal has been at a little under .140 batting average the last 2 plus weeks.

All 5 of the guys you listed, no excuse for batting that horrible. Sure, they have faced good pitching, but come on. They HAVE to step it up. Especially Julio, Randy and JP. Cal has slumped before and was fine. I expect him to come out of it.

I mean, come on. .143 for a leadoff hitter? Brutal

damn, .165

He needs to be around .250 to .270, imo.
Ya I think he has dropped about .20 points in his average over the last month. I always question a guy that has played a few years who has a career half. I believe they will always return to the mean at some point. It is the law of averages. That is why I am not big on O'Hearn. At age 31 he is batting .280 though he is a career .249 hitter. Not a rule, but more likely than not.
