Giving up a second round pick for an old LT would be a short sighted, foolish move on the FO's part. Especially since I believe some of our passing woes have to do with the playcalls, combined with a gimpy QB.RussB":1xvsmfq5 said:
Even at this age, joe thomas is still solid. And probably better than sowell is . Team is trying to win now and he still has just enough left in the tank to help them do that. I think its a no brainer to be honest. Give up some picks because cleveland is willing to trade anybody for draft picks right now.Spin Doctor":29rfsqcn said:Giving up a second round pick for an old LT would be a short sighted, foolish move on the FO's part. I think its 4-6 mil. Not sure though.johnnyfever":3ims9nv7 said:What is his contract? I have heard it is not affordable with our cap situation.
Gilliam can still be good at times. Sowell is just bad though and unnacceptable. A veteran on the o line will only be a plus .Largent80":2d27ldeu said:Did anyone notice our RIGHT TACKLE stinks as well?...One player does not a line make.
