It was completely his fault. He ran the organization. He was the guy in the corner office with the view. He did some great things and turned Seattle into BMF no one wanted to play.

Ultimately Pete made some choices that did him in. I'm not saying he's a bad guy , I hold fond memories of his time in Seattle.
