Problem with football coaches at all levels are most are some of the most stubborn humans walking the planet. The greats can swallow their ego and make quick adjustments when plan A isn't working. That’s why Billycheat is so successful.
As much as most of us hate the guy, his team is the best prepared and adjusts quickly when things are not going well.
