During the Patriots special on the NFL Network, several Patriots assistants were on their headsets asking Belichick when he was going to call a timeout. But he just stood there, watching the time tick off the clock, and then said "No, just put in the goal line formation."

Belichick intentionally suckered us into throwing the ball, knowing that Bevell would want to run time off the clock and then stop it with a pass to preserve our last timeout.

Billycheat knew he was going against one of the worst OC's in the league, and our mental midget of an OC walked right into the trap, surprising "almost" no one!

You can't fix stupid!

You can't blame the OC about a TO, it was on Carroll. He didn't have a plan for the 1 yard line, down 4, 2nd and goal, clock running and over a minute left. Do I bleed the clock or score a TD? He should have focused on scoring the TD, making sure he had the time to take all 4 shots at it. But he didn't want to leave 50 seconds on the clock in case he scored on 2nd down. How's that for confidence in his D? (or I guess you could say fear of Brady).

The bench took too long sending out the personnel group, then guys weren't lining up right, on the biggest play of the year. They'd already burned 2 TO's for no reason in the previous few minutes. It was a fire drill out there. Belichick was being kind on film, he was really thinking "this is the most undisciplined team I've ever seen, I'll let the clock run and they'll probably end up burning their final TO".

And if we had run the ball, you would have in all likelihood been beaten by that very team.

Your win was gift wrapped for you.

For reals?
Unreal how the craziest shit I read on the internet continues to be from Pats fans.
Can you ever think up a scenario where the other team was also good?
Keep posting you stupid thoughts here, though.

You really believe the shit you type, don't you?
Or are you just incredibly dumb?
Unless proven wrong, which won't happen, I am going with dumb.

Well, you are wrong, but it I'm sure you are pretty used to that by now.

Don't you all have a Rule book to exploit somewhere?

Maybe oiling uniforms down so they are more slimming in appearance and have less drag resistance is a good one for your next endeavor.
