Over and under Seahawk wins

The line for the over under that I heard was 7.5. I would take the over.

I think the Seahawk D is going to be very good. The season in my mind rest in the hands of Geno Smith... he is AMAZING at avoiding pressure and the question in my mind is can he stay healthy? If he does stay healthy I could see the Hawks winning 8-10 games depending on the health of the team. If he doesn't stay healthy it could turn ugly as I don't have much confidence in Howell and even less in Walker.

I think Geno will probably go down at some point this season and that will define the season for the Hawks depending on how long Geno is down...

I still would take the over as I think Howell isn't a disaster I just don't think he is good enough to put up 24-28 points. Maybe the Hawks D will be good enough to to keep opposing teams around 10-12 points if that's the case Howell might have a chance.

I’m with you. Last season, this wasn’t a well coached team from both a technical and a scheme standpoint. Both sides of the ball lacked any consistent identity as to who they were as a team. It’s been a hot mess in this regard pretty much the last two season and the games we won it seemed it was because the players made the plays.

It’s a different feeling this year. I think from top to bottom from the coaches to the players they will be on the same page of the same book with much more attention to the details with a better scheme that is tailored more to what the player’s strengths are.

Good point... but it's a little obvious, I keep thinking to my self, what does Vegas know that we don't know because it's clearly low. It should be 9 . And then even then there are going to be over bets. I wouldn't bet on it at 9.

The problem is you have to put up $150 to win $100 (currently at 7.5).

You only do that if you're totally convinced the Hawks will win 8 games minimum.

It's not a quick get rich bet.

However, if you're totally convinced, you should bet $1500 to win $1000.
