It's not about who's hot now. Still a long ways to go. Since 2000, 5 wild card teams have won the Super Bowl. I assume they weren't among the favorites when the playoffs started, much less 5 weeks before the end of the season.

Unfortunately, injuries will play a role, too. I don't know if Detroit can survive the playoffs with all the injuries they have on defense. Their offense is amazing, but defenses win championships.

There's still time for a team to put it together and go on a roll. Five weeks is an eternity in the NFL.

As long as we're throwing out cliches, Defense Travels... which is important considering the Owl is played at a neutral site (except for the VERY rare event).

I just want to see the Hawks make it to the dance. Yeah, right now they look like they would get whooped by a few of those teams. We just have to hang in there and maybe the offense comes around. If that happens, this team has a legit chance. Of course, that's a big if. But I feel like there is more of an unknown with this team than a few of PC's 'one and done' teams where we kind of knew it was going to go down that way.

If we could take the Lions to the wire in their house with half a defense, weeks before the team actually started to really play complimentary 'team' ball, we have a puncher's chance to beat anyone we face in the playoffs. ESPECIALLY with this defense.

Normally I’d agree with this but this year it wouldn’t surprise me if a team other than those 4 won it. KC seems to barely win every single week.

I’m like 100% sure that 14 teams will be capable of winning the Super Bowl but only 1 will win it.

My opinion could change, but as of now, I think that the most likely SB matchup would be the Eagles vs. the Bills, and my money would be on the Eagles.

But chit happens.

Ravens vs Seahawks. Newly crowned HC vs his previous HC, Birds vs Birds...

(A guy can dream)

Bills vs. Lions.
I'm with CouchLogic on this one, unfortunately I think the injuries for Detroit are gonna hurt them.

My wish (if the Seahawks don't make it): Lions v Bills

My actual prediction: Eagles v Chiefs or Bills

My absolute worst nightmare: Eagles v Stealers.

HOT Take: At the end of the day, it all comes down to the team who scores the most points in the SB.
And which team scored fewer points, I might add.
