Tempo. Get the play calls in, huddle up faster, give yourself time to analyze the defense.
This would help the OL out quite a bit too. But how about getting up to the LOS a little quicker. Despite what Pete wants, without run blocking and Lynch, this is not a ball control offense in the classical sense, so stop playing to your weakness.
