I guess I'm just hoping that Bradford was just really ill that day vs Cardinals and isn't actually THAT horrid, but did he play crappy Weeks 1 through 3 also?

Surely there’s someone better than him out there. What a complete liability
And yet after an entire offseason JS found no one...😧

How can Bradford be a better option than sliding Sundell over and having Olu take over at center or playing Cabeldue/Richman at RG?? They will likely make mistakes but I'd bet they'd try harder to at least be useful.

In Bradford's defense, anyone can cherry pick a few bad plays from everyone and make a bad montage out of it. Also, Bradford never was nor has been known as a pass protector, he's a run blocker.

Can we upgrade? Of course! I'm not saying we can't and shouldn't. But who? when? from where? Most teams have a weak link like Bradford, it's not like they are all amazing everywhere else.

All in one game though? We've seen similar clueless plays like this other games too.

With regards to run blocking, there weren't many holes up the A and B gaps on Thursday. Interior run blocking was not good.

They can upgrade in this next draft or they can make Pete an offer he can't refuse? No player is off the table given the right compensation.

Seriously. These clips are just horrific. Its as if he has never played a down of football in his life.

It is painful to watch. I had no idea he was this bad.
Which makes Bradford's peformance all the more remarkable. Yeah maybe Bradford's brainfarts were cherrypicked, but still.

This may have had a little to do with it, but maybe not. I was watching/listening to either Viens or Nemhauser and they pulled up a stat the the Cards played with a stacked box on 45% of the snaps to combat the 12 and heavy personal of the Hawks. Leading up to the game, the highest the Cards had done was 25%

With that said, we still put up 160? Yards on them. The beneficiary of a stacked box is our increasingly efficient and effective passing game.

Wonder if some of Bradford's struggles are some of the issues to "if we can't make our offensive bread and butter be wide zone running, we're in trouble."

Wow...those look atrocious. I think our OL is improved but know it still has a lot more to grow...but how Haynes or Cabeldue can't improve that means either 1) Bradford excels in areas not shown or 2) Our OL depth is far worse than I realize.

He had a stellar preseason, but that looked terrible. A decent FA OG that's familiar with the system should be on the radar.

PFF Seahawks Offense 92625

This is not just a few cherry picked plays or just one game. It's a trend and a disturbing one at that.
