NY should get more Super Bowls in the future!

That's a great part of having the SB in a cold climate, it's freezing out alot of the corporate stiffs and more fans are getting a chance to attend.

Okay, time to head out my front door into TIMES SQUARE!!
I just got here last night, but the SuperBowl in NYC is pretty boss.
The entire city is XLVIII themed and there is soooooooo much to take in...

Seattle will have to expand its stadium in order to even put in a bid for a SB! It will also have to expand the "number of beds" available as the population of the city will expand by 50,000!! Not a big deal for New York City which is over 10X the size of Seattle.

CLink can hold around 68.5K currently and the SB requirement is only 70K, plus CLink is looking to expand to somewhere between 70K~72K for the 2014 season by adding more seats to the north end.

The hotel accommodations requirement is 25K rooms within one hour of the stadium, so that's not a problem either as there's almost 40K in King County alone. Hell, New Orleans only has 20K and they've hosted several times.

The biggest hurdle is transportation, but once the viaduct is done that shouldn't be a problem. Besides, in NY they are only allowing shuttles and exclusive parking -- you can't even walk or take a cab.

On paper, Seattle should be a lock for a host.

Best city in the world (sure this one can be debated, Venice might be prettier, Istanbul may be more "vibrant" and Nice is nice ( ) but NY is definatley the city with the highest "holy sh*t top of the world factor" in the world.

Okay, Jacksonville may be warmer, but wouldn´t you rather go to the cream of the crop of all cities in the ENTIRE WORLD?

I actually feel a bit extra honored that our hawks get to go to the NY Super Bowl, feels a bit bigger than lets say a phoenix or san fran super bowl.

And the Chrysler Building is just BEAUTIFUL!!! 8)

Damnit why am i sitting here in Sweden when i could be somewhere in NEW YORK?!?!? NYC!! NYC!! NYC!!!
