Because someone forced him to throw all those interceptions? I kid, somewhat. I do believe he may do better in Philly, but I wouldn't bet on him surpassing Matt Flynn anytime soon either as far as actual relevance to a team.

Maybe we can get a Carroll 2fer if Foles is still out when we visit. Matt Barkley is the backup to Sanchez. He might get some trash time reps after we rack up a big lead.
