It’s really cool that each NFL team has the option to wear their retro uniforms at least a couple times per season. However, what I would love to see is one week out of each season where EVERY NFL team wears their retro uniforms at the same time.

It’s weird to me that one team will be wearing their retro uniforms while their opponent is not. The league got it right this year when the Seahawks and Bucs played both in their retros.

Extend that concept to the entire league for one week! Capitalize on Retro Week or what not. Why hasn’t this happened yet?

I was hoping it was rules retro week we would be talking about :) Go back a few decades and lets see if the present player pool are as tough as they think and say they are. Or as good as they think and say they are when not being put in bubble wrap. Refs can have their hands duc taped together for a weekend.

Because Goodell didn't think of it.

I like the idea... but one complication is teams' retro uniforms are not all in the same era...,like the Packers recent retros were from 1923... more that 100 years ago!... WHO is still alive to remember those??? NOBODY, that's who.

Imo, retros should not date back that far.... 70 to 80 years ago should be the max.

Maybe add a rule that the players have to wear a helmet that matches the era of their throwbacks. That would probably keep the uni’s more recent; no way the Pack are taking the field in leather helmets.

They had regular helmets painted to look like leather and out of the entire uniform that was by far the only good looking part

I wouldn't be a fan of every team doing it at the same time. It would look forced and take away from each team's opportunity to re-connect with their own history.
