You realize that you would be realistically looking at the divisional if the Niners had just drafted Skattebo, right? Showed up at his pro day in a Christian McCaffrey jersey and they drafted LB Nick Martin, who’s been a healthy scratch so far, instead.

Whoever is calling the third round maybe should employ an ai bot. Danny Gray. Ty Davis-Price. Ronnie Bell. Jake Moody. Now Nick Martin.

Bpa was obviously skattebo, the animal that likely saves dabolls job.

Cardinals seem like a win for everybody but they are not an easy out. I don't think they've lost by more than 4 points this year. Can't ever take them lightly and let it become a trap game.

Sure, I really liked Skattebo and of course like him much more now. I think they'd have prioritized him higher if Juszczyk hadn't resigned.

As for Martin I think its just a numbers game at LB. Saying they should have taken Skattebo over Martin may end up being true, but its WAY, WAY too early to say that now. Skattebo wouldn't be getting a ton of carries right now the way he is in NY. Martin isn't playing because Winters is playing so well. He was a healthy scratch first several weeks because he didn't play special teams.

Translation, Kyle prioritized Grandpa Juscyzyk. Like Pete, he can’t beat ditching his favorites. We would probably have Geno and Lockett around if Pete had stayed.

They had alot of needs and they tried to fill them all. I don't have an issue with them taking Martin when they were losing Greenlaw. Lets maybe let these guys play a bit before we make decisions.

Its like week 7 of their rookie years. LOL.

I'm also not going to blast them when so many of their draft picks this year are playing so well.

You are right Marvin, they are still green behind the ears and probably not in full on board yet as a team. It takes all of them to make a team.

You think he is going to be starting over CMC? The answer is no. So until CMC gets hurt (knock on wood) , your theory is not valid. In theory he could play FB, but he is playing RB for the Giants. Also they had Guerrendo and drafted a RB in the 5th round who was looking good in camp but got injured

Cards pulling up the rear probably wish they had never left St Louis, they most likely would have won several Division races by now. They are the best last place team in the NFL I think at the moment, surely has to be frusterating for that organzation.

I love watching Skattebo play and love the energy he brings - but I'm not sure how long he will last. Using your head as a battering ram is not a recipe for long-term success in the NFL. More likely to get yourself a case of early onset CTE.

Very Czonka, Riggins, Campbell, Banazak like in his apporach. Although it is said you need something up there to damage in the first place, people called Riggins crazy for years. How many people train running into brick walls with their head after all.

Oh, he’d be eating ther backing up cmc or blocking for him. Either one. Sometimes both. Kinda how like Jusczcyk was back in 2017.

He head butts/rubs his quarterback and they literally growl and howl at each other for communication. For all we know, skatt has had cte since deliberately running into telephone polls as a toddler.

Backing him up or blocking for him is not going to get us the division any more likely though , unless he gets injured
