What are your feelings about the OC spot? Are you worried? Stoked? Meh whatever Mikes got it…?

I’m stoked, change is hard, that’s what makes JS and MM so good, they roll with it. I have so much confidence in what they are gonna do about it that I am excited for what’s next.

And then, if we promote someone…. Pshhh that’s what I’m talking bout!!! This offense is also Mikes and he has a nice plan, man. We are a new tree.

The offensive coaches were really enjoying themselves in the parade. Hopefully they want or run it back and let Klint do the LV thing solo.

Kubiak's system isn't hard to replicate. But play calling feel will change with the new OC due to slightly differences in philosophy I suspect.

No Benton, either he's not interested, seahawks aren't or he's going to Vegas

I think both sides know who he is. He's 60-years old and a career offensive line coach. I doubt he has any interest in being an OC for anybody.

I think Outten might be the next OC, former OC experience, assistant Oline coach, and took over RBs later in the season. Kind of well-rounded.

I also feel Peetz, Jackson, and Brown are more secured to stay than to leave unless Klint offers one of them coordination duties (even though he’ll call the plays) but I feel he might grab Janocko for that role if only to help develop his next QB.

Benton to me is 50/50, even though people think he’ll follow Kubiak. I think the Seahawks can match whatever the Raiders can as well as give him more titles to keep him here and pay him moore. Run Game Coordinator. Move Leslie Fraizer into a senior advisor role now that MacDonald is more comfortable and give Asst HC duties to Benton. But i have a gut feeling Benton not only loves coaching this group of Oline but he has a special relationship with Zabel and probably doesnt want to have to coach up his 4th set of Oline in 4 years. Jets, Saints, Seahawks, Raiders.

The only dude im 100% certain leaving is Rick Dennison. He’s only followed Kubiak and coached when Kubiak was an OC.

Kubiak will for sure take one of these guys if for OC but if its lateral Seahawks have all the leverage.

Best case scenario Klint somehow can gut Rams and 49ers for their assistants and maybe get Klay with some finagling to be his OC then I don’t really see anyone else really leaving.

We need to run the ball and play defense. That's how you win championships. Guess what we did this year? Ran the ball and played defense. My dark horse OC is a reach, but Josh McCown Vikings QB coach and mentor to Darnold.

Also, of anyone im really sweating is Karl Joseph. We dodged the Commandeers not wanting to wait but Kubiak could make him the DC and then guys like Tariq Woolen, Josh Jobe, Coby Bryant, and Boye Mafe would make sense for them. And they have the resources to give money to those dudes.

I'm cool with the internal hire. At this point, the following makes a ton of sense:

Offensive Coordinator: Andrew Janocko (Has worked with Sam Darnold for multiple years. Has worked with Klint for multiple years)

Passing Game Coordinator: Jake Peetz

Run Game Coordinator/O-Line Coach: Justin Outten

**I think this is probably the best combination for continuation.
