Zach Orr also just got added as the LB's coach for Seattle. He was MM's LB's coach in 2022-23

Just realized this guy from the ravens ha a lot of experience with Lamar. Hmmm Lamar = Milroe , could really help the youngster out.

Sounds like both those coaching hires turned down the Raiders for us. Orr was offered DC in Vegas but picked us.

It's all starting to make sense now. Maybe MIKE is the one that wanted Milroe because he knew what it was like to have Jackson as QB and it complimented the team when he was DC...

That’s what I’m getting as well.
I’m happy with Sam. Nothing but love for ginger god.
It’s a great position for the team…and great for both Sam and Milroe. Being able to gain that experience, without being thrown to the wolves in your first few years, will pay off.
I know folks think this sounds crazy but, I do believe Milroe is going to be a very, very good QB when the time comes.
Who knows? Sam may be our guy for the next 10 years.

Yes, it's interesting. Harbaugh decided to go in a different direction this year. He hired Dennard Wilson of the Titans as his defensive coordinator, and Wilson brought some of his people from Tennessee with him, and they decided to keep some of the Giants defensive assistants. Wilson did previously work with Harbaugh on the Ravens, briefly, in 2022-23.
I am assuming that because the Ravens' defense was so bad this year that Harbaugh decided not to have Zach Orr go with him to the Giants.
