The run game was killer today.
By the time we got our last FG ( FG, FFS, need to punch the damn ball in) The colts D was hurting BAD. at that point, even after the D gave up a long drive, I feel if we had just Marshawn'd those bitches, they would have been well and truly don e, and we would have won.

Rice is a non factor so far this year. Bevell?....c'mon man, we have the personnel to kick asses, but instead he puts us into the asses kicked catagory.

Well, the offensive line wasn't a problem today. Neither was running the ball. You MUST win those, period, no excuses.

put the bong down, the run blocking was good but our pass blocking is still terrible.

I think Rice isn't close to what we have paid him. If you're paying a #1 receiver, and he is playing, you expect a ton more effort then letting a UDFA slot receiver take you to the woodshed both in effort and stats twice in the last 3 years.

He melts into the opposing DBs far more then he exposes him. Kearse has twice the impact as #4 WR.

We are paying Rice $9.7 million this year against the cap and he only has two seasons with more than 484 yards in his 7 year career. How is that possible? How can so many people defend him for so long and why are people surprised with his lack of production? He is on pace for 442 yards this year IF he stays healthy... This is not who you want as your #1

When I have the stomach for it, I have to watch and see how many pure dropbacks Russell had. I know it wasn't many.

Haven't you heard? It is the oline or Bevell's fault. I mean, if Russ has no blame, why does Rice? He isn't throwing the ball to himself.

Silliness aside, Rice has never been a #1, IMO. He is a 1a or a strong strong 2. But in this offense, currently? You can't expect great things. Will be interesting when Percy joins, though.

I wonder sometimes if Sidney doesn't like being here since he doesn't receive as many passes as he may elsewhere.
