I'd run him behind the center, we know he can run and stand in
the shotgun all the time like Me3.

I want him learning to pass from under the center, he's tall enough.

Decision making against 3rd stringers pretty rough. Meh. He’s a developmental 3rd stringer. Could be great could be a perennial backup
But he looks like shit today

Is it just me or does Milroe look nowhere near as fast as I was expecting? Someone, I forget who, said he was faster than Lamar.

Ummmmm, no.

Definitely looking like the #3 QB.
Yup. What's interesting to me is that for as great of an athlete/runner as he was college, he's got a lot to learn in how to use his legs more effectively, especially in the pocket. And I haven't been at all impressed by how they've run the read-option, though that might be more a result of the coaching. You'd think Milroe would be great for the read-option, but it's been a big zero from what I've seen, and the fakes haven't had much fakery to them by my eyes.

He looks like a rookie. ...a greenhorn, a noob.

All rookies, at times, are late, lost or limited. If he succeeded in his first big chance without struggles...he'd end up too confident and not so hungry. Rookies have to learn. Most of the time, to learn, they have to fail. The rookie QB class of 25 won't be judged by the third pre-season game. It's silly we are judging him that way. When your child takes their first steps, do you judge their balance and gait? ...or do you hope they someday win the 40 yd dash at State?

He's got a chance. What matters is what happens next. 2nd half is next data point, but also won't define his career.

Yeah, Milroe doesn't really look that fast. Seeing Lamar torch our D in the past, so fast and slippery, and not seeing any of that yet from Milroe.

I think he looks good and I think he can get better . He's made some nice passes , took a sack or two while playing with mainly backup OL.

I hate green bay too. Simply lame and nauseating
